Eligiblility:

Any past or present patient of The Zins Chiropractic Clinic, Ltd. who attends or will attend a college, university, or similar academic institution.

Applications: 

Stop by either office to pick up an application anytime after June 1st.

The scholarship candidate must submit:

1. Completed application

2. 5x7 displayable photograph (nonreturnable)

3. Essay on any topic – we are more interested                     in your creativity, expression and style

       900-1200 words (2-4 pages)

       Spelling and grammar will be taken into account

       Double spaced

       12 point typed

4. Recommendation Form (our specific form)

Application Deadline:

The completed paperwork must be returned to either the Saint Michael office or Saint Louis Park office. All 2010 applications must be received before 5:00 pm CST on Friday, July 16; NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. If applications are submitted on Friday, July 16, they must be submitted to the Saint Louis Park office for consideration.

Award:

$750 tuition scholarship

Selection Process:

The selection committee will be independent of The Zins Chiropractic Clinic, Ltd., thus any attempts to influence Dr. Zins or his staff in the selection process will be deemed futile.
